Vipin Tyagi, is the Chairman of Network Programs. In addition to being a management professional, Vipin holds a Masters degree in computer sciences, from IIT Delhi, and is a bachelor of engineering in electronics and telecommunications. Prior to his current role Vipin led Network Programs' India operations as the President and CEO. Vipin has rich experience in networking and telecommunications and has worked with Siemens Information Systems, where he started the Telecom Business Division. He was the architect behind and built and marketed a X.500 based directory inquiry product. He was part of the design, development and implementation of the Advanced Digital Switching System Software at C-DoT labs. He has also worked on different aspects of business and operations support systems (B&OSS) for GSM and landline networks. Vipin is also a community leader who sponsors community initiatives and supports a local leprosy hospital through generous financial contributions.
